Prices exclude:

• Refundable deposit for camping equipment (N$2000)
• Tire and windshield cover
• Admin fee’s pertaining to claims / payment of fines and actual fine amount
• Fuel
• Water / sand (including sand blasting) or any underbody damage
• Permits for cross border excursions
• Recovery of vehicle if damaged due to driver negligence
• Lost key costs

NB:

50% Deposit to confirm booking – Full payment on collection.

Cancellation: 1 – 14 days (of rental commencement date) will result in 100% loss of deposit

Cancellation: 15 days and more (of rental commencement date) will result in 50% loss of deposit

 

Note:

We will only have two insurance options either 10K excess or zero excess.

2012 Rates applicable till Begin January 2013, should you book before then 2012 rates will apply.

• 2012 – 10k excess = 1100.00/day High – 950.00 Low season
• 2012 – Zero Excess = 1250.00/day High – 1100.00 Low season
